Overview

When you administer medication to a student, record it immediately. This creates an auditable log and notifies the guardian.

Steps (Web)

  1. Navigate to Students → click the student.
  2. Under their active health plan, click Record administration.
  3. Confirm the dose, time (defaults to now), and any notes.
  4. Click Save.
  5. The guardian receives an automatic notification.

Steps (Mobile)

  1. Tap Events in the bottom navigation.
  2. Tap + New eventMedicated.
  3. Select the student and their health plan.
  4. Confirm dose and time, add notes if needed.
  5. Tap Save.
Guardians are notified automatically by push notification and email when a medication event is recorded.
