Overview

Camps let you group students for an away event and manage their health plans in one place. Guardians can approve or decline their child’s attendance via a secure link.

Steps (Web)

  1. In the sidebar, click Camps.
  2. Click + New camp.
  3. Name the camp, set dates, and add attending students.
  4. Click Send guardian notifications — each guardian receives a personalised approve/decline link.
  5. Monitor attendance approvals on the camp dashboard.
  6. On the day, use the camp view to record any health events.
