Overview
Camps let you group students for an away event and manage their health plans in one place. Guardians can approve or decline their child’s attendance via a secure link.Steps (Web)
- In the sidebar, click Camps.
- Click + New camp.
- Name the camp, set dates, and add attending students.
- Click Send guardian notifications — each guardian receives a personalised approve/decline link.
- Monitor attendance approvals on the camp dashboard.
- On the day, use the camp view to record any health events.
