Overview

When a school, club, or daycare invites you, you’ll receive an email with a link to set up your account.

Steps

  1. Open the invitation email from mymeddiCAL.
  2. Click the Accept invitation link — this opens the web portal for your organisation.
  3. You’ll be prompted to set a password (staff) or log in via magic link (guardians).
  4. Once logged in, your account is linked to the organisation automatically.
The invitation link expires after 7 days. If it has expired, ask your administrator to resend it.
If you already have a mymeddiCAL account with this email, you’ll be prompted to log in rather than create a new password.
