Overview

There are two ways to access your child’s health plan in mymeddiCAL, depending on whether you’re linked to a school, sports club, or childcare — or whether you have your own personal mymeddiCAL Home account.

If your child’s school or club uses mymeddiCAL

Your child’s organisation will add you as a guardian when setting up your child’s profile. You’ll receive an invitation email.

Signing in (Web or Mobile)

  1. Go to mymeddical.com and click Parent / Guardian sign in, or open the mymeddiCAL app.
  2. Enter your email address and click Send verification code.
  3. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code (valid for 10 minutes) and enter it.
  4. If your email is linked to more than one organisation, select which one to sign in to.
  5. You’ll be taken to My Children, where you can see your child’s profile.
  6. Click View Details on your child’s card to see their active health plan, medications, and recent events.
mymeddiCAL uses passwordless login for guardians — a one-time 6-digit code is sent to your email each time you sign in. No password is required.
Your child’s health plan will only appear if one has been created by the school or club. If you can’t see a plan, contact the organisation’s nurse or administrator.

If you have a mymeddiCAL Home account

mymeddiCAL Home is a free personal account for families to manage health plans independently, outside of any organisation.

Signing in (Mobile)

  1. Open the mymeddiCAL app and sign in with your Home account credentials.
  2. Tap Plans in the bottom navigation.
  3. Your family’s active health plans are listed here.
mymeddiCAL Home is separate from organisation accounts. If your child attends a school or club that uses mymeddiCAL, you’ll have two separate sign-ins — one for the organisation, one for your Home account.
