Two new ways to add a form to your library 🛠️

Last month’s Digital Forms release shipped with Find a form with AI, and promised a builder and a digitiser were coming soon. Both are here now.

Digitise a form

Already have a form your organisation uses? AI recalls its fields by name and category, and you can refine the result with a PDF upload.

Build a form

Start from a blank form and add exactly the fields you need, in any order.
Both land you in the same review screen — check every field, edit labels, mark what’s required, then save to your library. From there, a form works exactly the same whether it came from AI search, digitising, or building from scratch: link it to a camp, or send it directly to a guardian. Send a form directly to a guardian

Forms no longer need to be tied to a camp. From Staff & Users → Guardians, select one or more guardians, click Send Form, and choose a template — it’s delivered exactly like a camp-linked form, showing up in the guardian’s Forms tab with an email and a push notification. This is ideal for standing health information or one-off requests that don’t belong to any particular camp or excursion.
If the form you pick was originally created for a camp that has already finished, you’ll see a reminder to double-check it’s still the right one before sending.

Reliability improvements

This release also includes a fix ensuring that when a form is sent to more than one guardian for the same student, every guardian selected receives it — and a fix so the Forms tile on a guardian’s home screen always reflects the latest count, even if it was last checked a while ago.
