Overview

Add a student (or athlete / patient, depending on your organisation type) to the system so you can create health plans and record events.

Steps (Web)

  1. Log in to your organisation’s portal.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Students.
  3. Click + Add student in the top right.
  4. Fill in: First name, Last name, Date of birth, Grade/Year (optional).
  5. Click Save.
  6. The student now appears in your list and is ready for a health plan.

Steps (Mobile)

  1. Tap Students in the bottom navigation.
  2. Tap the + button.
  3. Fill in the student details and tap Save.
Your organisation type determines the label used — Schools see “Students”, Sports Clubs see “Athletes”, Daycares see “Patients”.
