What’s new

Co-guardian requests

Parents and guardians can now request to add a second guardian to their child’s profile — directly from the app, without requiring staff involvement.
1

Open your child's profile

Tap “Request Co-Guardian” on your child’s profile page.
2

Enter their details

Enter the co-guardian’s name, email address, and phone number.
3

School reviews the request

The school receives the request and approves or declines it from the web dashboard.
4

Co-guardian is invited

Once approved, the co-guardian receives an invitation to create their own account and access their child’s health information.
Available on: iOS · Android · Web (staff approval dashboard)

Ad-hoc event PDF reports

Staff can now generate formal PDF records for any ad-hoc care event — suitable for compliance documentation, insurance claims, and guardian communication.

Single event report

Open any event from the Events list and tap PDF. A report is generated instantly and saved to your device.

Bulk date-range report

Tap Events PDF, select a date range (up to 31 days), and generate a single PDF covering all events in that period — useful for monthly compliance reviews or end-of-term records.
Each report includes the student’s details, event description, actions taken, medications administered, attending staff, and outcome — plus a confidentiality footer and timestamp. Available on: iOS · Android · Web

Sports club terminology

Event PDF reports now correctly use “Team” instead of “Class” and “Athlete” instead of “Student” for sports club organisations.

Bug fixes & improvements

  • Fixed an issue where the PDF date picker on web showed an incorrect default date
  • Improved date range picker on Android — PDFs now save directly to the Downloads folder
  • Added the required healthcare disclaimer to all web login pages, matching the mobile app
  • General stability improvements
