# Inviting a guardian

## Overview

Link a parent or guardian to a student so they can see health plans and receive notifications.

## Steps (Web)

1. Navigate to the student's profile.
2. Click **Guardians** → **+ Invite guardian**.
3. Enter the guardian's email address.
4. Click **Send invitation**.
5. The guardian receives an email with a magic link to create their account.

  A student can have multiple guardians. Guardians have read-only access — they cannot modify health plans.
