# Dashboard reports

> Download the three monthly PDF reports from the Dashboard — activity, students with plans, and completed planned events.

## Overview

On the **Dashboard** (home after you sign in as staff), below the count cards, there is a **Reports** section with three monthly PDFs. These are operational summaries of what was recorded in mymeddiCAL for the month you pick — not a clinical score.

Guardians and mymeddiCAL Home accounts do not see these downloads.

  Downloads need a **trial or paid** plan. On a free plan the cards show a lock and **Paid plan required**. Upgrade from [Subscription and billing](/admin/subscription-and-billing).

## The three reports

| Report                                                                                  | What it contains                                                                  |
| --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **End of Month Activity Report**                                                        | Completed activity for that month, including medication events and health checks  |
| **Students with Health Plans** (or Athletes / Patients, depending on organisation type) | Who had an **active** health plan during that month, with plan details and status |
| **Completed Planned Events**                                                            | Students who had **scheduled** medication events marked completed in that month   |

## How to download (Web)

1. Sign in as staff at your organisation URL.
2. Open **Dashboard** (the home screen).
3. Scroll to **Reports**.
4. On the card you want, use **Select month** (you cannot pick a future month).
5. Click **Download PDF**.
6. Wait until the button shows **Generating…**, then save the file.

Each card has its own month picker — changing one does not change the others.

## Mobile

Organisation staff can also download monthly reports from the app’s **Reports** area (staff home). Guardians cannot.
