## What's new

### Smarter camp health plan notifications for guardians

When your school sends a health plan update request for an upcoming camp, guardians now receive a notification that already knows their child's situation.

    The guardian sees a single **"Create Plan"** button — pre-filled with the camp name and the student's name, so they can set it up in seconds.

    The guardian sees both options: **"Update existing plan"** or **"Create new plan"** — whichever suits their situation.

No more hunting through the app. The right action is right there in the notification.

  This works for all guardians who have been invited to the app and have the mobile app installed. Guardians without an account still receive the email with a link to download the app.

### Share health plans from mymeddiCAL Home

Parents using the **mymeddiCAL Home** personal account can now share a child's health plan directly with a carer, relative, or activity provider — even if they don't use mymeddiCAL.

    Open the child's health plan in the mymeddiCAL mobile app.

  <Step title="Tap Share">
    Tap the **Share** button and enter the recipient's email address.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Recipient gets secure access">
    They receive a secure link to view the full plan on any device — no account required.
  </Step>

  <Step title="They can record doses">
    The recipient can mark doses as administered and optionally opt in to schedule reminders.
  </Step>

You can revoke access at any time from the plan's share settings.

  Shareable plans are available for **mymeddiCAL Home** personal accounts only. Health plans managed by a school or organisation stay within that organisation.

### Camp destination timezone

Staff can now set a **destination timezone** when creating or editing a camp. Medication event times display in the camp's local time on the mobile app — no more mental maths when your camp is in a different time zone to your school.

## Security & reliability improvements

This update includes behind-the-scenes improvements to how health plan request links are handled, including tighter access controls to ensure links can only be used by the guardian they were sent to.
