# Organisation settings

> View and update your organisation's contact details, address, timezone, and primary contact person.

> Video tutorial coming soon

## Overview

The **Settings** screen lets a Super Admin update your organisation's contact information — address, phone, email, website, timezone, and the nominated contact person. Your organisation name and type are set at signup and cannot be changed here.

<Note>
  Only **Super Admin** accounts can edit organisation settings. Staff and nurse accounts can view but not modify them.
</Note>

## Navigating to Settings

1. Log in to your organisation's portal.
2. In the left sidebar, click **Settings**.

The **Organisation Information** card is displayed at the top of the page.

## Editing organisation details

1. In the **Organisation Information** card, click **Edit**.
2. Update any of the following fields:
   * **Address** — street address, city, state, and postcode
   * **Phone** and **Email** — your organisation's primary contact details
   * **Fax** and **Website** — optional
   * **Country** and **Timezone** — used for displaying times in notifications and emails
   * **Contact Person** — first name, last name, title, phone, and email of the nominated primary contact
3. Click **Save Changes**.

<Note>
  The **Organisation Name** field is displayed but cannot be edited. If you need to change your organisation name, contact [support@mymeddical.com](mailto:support@mymeddical.com).
</Note>
