# Notification settings

> Control when and how staff are notified about upcoming and overdue medication events.

## Org-wide defaults (Web)

1. Go to **Settings** → **Notifications**.
2. Set the default advance notice window (e.g. notify 15 minutes before).
3. Toggle email and browser notifications on or off for your organisation.
4. Save.

## Personal preferences (Web)

1. Click your name / avatar → **My notification settings**.
2. Adjust your personal timing preferences and quiet hours.
3. Save.
